Transforming shapes and tones into stories.
Through pencil, pastel, and watercolour, I create stories that inspire and connect with dreamers and creators.
Capturing the world as I see it.
“I’m an artist who thrives on the raw, hands-on magic of dry materials such as pastel, charcoal, pencil, and graphite. Whether it’s the precision of a single pencil stroke or the bold fusion of textures, I dive deep into the creative process, fully connected to the surface. My goal is to create art that resonates with viewers, sparking joy, and fostering a genuine connection. For me, art is an ongoing adventure, fuelled by a passion to craft pieces that evoke emotion and capture beauty.”

Rose’s interest in art began at a young age where creativity was always encouraged by her mother who is a professional wildlife and pet portraits artist. Rose achieved A* in GCSE and continued with one year of sixth form studying Art, Textiles and Performing Arts. It is during this time that she found a passion and admiration for classical art and art history. In 2014, Rose and her mother embarked on a business venture and opened up a gallery and retail shop in their local town of Berkeley. For five and a half years they provided encouraging and inspiring artistic opportunities for their local community in the forms of classes, workshops and exhibitions. These workshops and regular classes continue to this day. Rose enjoys using a range of materials, but she has found a particular passion for graphite and pastel. Her subjects range from landscapes to british wildlife with the occasional addition of still life and portraiture.
